Digital Products & Courses

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads and online learning materials, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The product or course has not been accessed, downloaded, or significantly used.
  • There is a technical issue preventing use of the product that we are unable to resolve.
  • The product was purchased by mistake and has not been accessed.

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services (such as memberships or job resource access), you may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email us at recruiter@bestjobs4me.net with:

  • Your full name
  • The order number or email used at checkout
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We aim to respond within 1–3 business days. If your refund is approved, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

Refund Exclusions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that:

  • Are submitted after 7 days
  • Show evidence of product usage or download
  • Appear to be made in bad faith or misuse of the policy
